Qualche settimana fa era stata annunciata ufficialmente la data e l’orario per quanto riguardava gli oramai imminenti The Game Awards, che verranno ovviamente presentati dall’immancabile Geoff Keighley a Los Angeles presso il Peacock Theatre alle 16:30 locali. L’appuntamento italiano è all’8 dicembre alle 1:30 di notte!
Con un comunicato sul sito ufficiale sono stati rivelati i candidati non solo al GOTY, ma anche tutte le altre categorie in gara. Già polemica per la massima categoria per il grande assente Starfield, favorito invece al posto di un insospettabile Resident Evil 4. Ricordiamo che le nomination sono selezionate da una giuria composta da centinaia di redazioni e influencer attorno al mondo, e che i vincitori sono scelti da una combinazione tra giuria e voti dei fan.
