Come ormai ogni anno, arriva il momento di tirare le somme, di eleggere i migliori videogiochi dell’anno. E come ogni anno, a dare il via alle danze sono i “The Game Awards” lo show che più di tutti tende a portare il mondo dei videogames, vicino a quello cinematografico. Eh sì perché quello che si è tenuto ieri a Los Angeles, ricorda molto da vicino la notte degli Oscar, con tanto di ospiti d’eccezione e soprattutto, una giuria composta dai maggiori esponenti (perlopiù americani) della stampa specializzata.
Se la notizia che ha destato più clamore è stata l’assenza di Hideo Kojima (a cui è stato addirittura vietato presentarsi), anche quest’anno i The Game Awards sono stati l’occasione per vedere più da vicino qualche gioco ancora in via di sviluppo, o meglio ancora, per annunciare qualcosa di nuovo. Tra questi Far Cry Primal, Quantum Break, Star Citizen e soprattutto l’annuncio del Batman targato Telltale e della campagna per finanziare Psychonauts 2.
